Hoses and reels have a warranty limit of 2-5 years, all other products have no limited warranty upon the day of purchase, except for inclement weather conditions that may effect certain outdoor products. Suncast Corporation are willing to do replacement parts on items that may be fading, missing, or doesn't seem right with product.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
